Hepworth Building Products
Cottrills helps Hepworth build up to the festive season.
Hepworth approached us originally in the summer of 2003 with the following brief:-
A Christmas gift per employee at their pre-determined level. The design and production of personalised Christmas staff gift brochures featuring the choice of 30 gifts.
All gifts delivered and personalised with corporate branded tags to Hepworths staff prior to the Christmas shut down.
How we managed the process
Once the selection of 30 gifts had been approved by the HR Department a brochure was designed, printed and delivered to Hepworth by mid October.
Brochures and order forms were then distributed to Hepworth employees to sites throughout the UK. All orders were collected by Hepworth and details received at Cottrills for processing by the 15th November.
Cottrills delivered the entire collection of gifts to all Hepworth employees throughout the UK in mid December prior to the Christmas break.
Following the success of the Hepworth staff Christmas gift scheme, Cottrills have continued to be their chosen provider each Christmas since its commencement in 2003.
